CMC NEXCOR 2027 is the inaugural international scientific conference on structural heart disease and transcatheter cardiovascular interventions, organised by the Department of Cardiology Unit II, Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. The conference also commemorates 10 Years of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) at CMC Vellore and brings together leading clinicians, researchers, educators, healthcare professionals and industry partners from around the world.
When and where will the conference be held?
CMC NEXCOR 2027 will be held on 12 and 13 February 2027 at the Scudder Auditorium, Christian Medical College, Bagayam Campus, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Who should attend?
The conference is designed for cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, physicians, anaesthesiologists, interventional cardiologists, fellows, DM, DNB and postgraduate residents, medical students, nurses, nursing students, cath lab technologists, cardiac technologists, echo technicians, perfusionists, allied healthcare professionals, researchers and industry representatives involved in cardiovascular care.
How do I register?
Registration can be completed online through the official CMC NEXCOR 2027 website. Simply select your registration category, complete the online registration form, upload any required supporting documents, make a secure online payment and receive your confirmation by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
Delegates can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, international cards and approved bank transfers for eligible institutional or international registrations.
Will I receive confirmation after registration?
Yes. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will automatically receive a registration confirmation email, payment acknowledgement, GST invoice (where applicable), Delegate Registration ID and payment receipt.
Can I modify my registration after submission?
Minor changes to your registration details may be requested by contacting the Registration Help Desk. Requests will be considered subject to operational feasibility and approval by the Organising Committee.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
No. Registration is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation will be arranged by the Organising Committee at selected hotels, CMC guest houses or hostels, subject to availability, registration category and operational requirements. Specific hotel requests cannot be guaranteed.
For CMC Staff, CMC Students and Industry Professionals, accommodation is not included in the registration. Delegates in these categories who require accommodation must make their own arrangements and meet the accommodation costs directly.
Are airport or railway station transfers available?
Scheduled airport and railway station transfer assistance will be provided for Faculty and International Delegates. Further details will be communicated closer to the conference.
Will the conference offer CME credits?
Yes. CME, CNE and CPD credits are planned for eligible delegate categories, subject to approval by the relevant accrediting authorities.
How will I know the status of my abstract submission?
Authors will receive an email notification at their registered email address regarding the status of their abstract submission.
Will invitation letters be provided for international delegates?
Yes. Official invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued upon request after successful registration and payment. Delegates are responsible for obtaining the required visa and complying with applicable travel requirements.
Does the conference arrange visas?
No. The Organising Committee does not process visa applications. Official supporting documents required for visa applications will be provided where applicable.
Is there a recommended dress code?
Business or business casual attire is recommended for scientific sessions. Smart formal attire is encouraged for official networking events, including the Welcome Dinner and NEXCOR Gala Dinner.
Will certificates be issued?
Yes. Digital participation certificates will be issued to eligible delegates. CME, CNE and CPD certificates will be provided to eligible participants who meet the required attendance and accreditation criteria.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in designated conference areas for registered delegates throughout the conference.
Can accompanying persons attend scientific sessions?
No. Accompanying Person registrations provide access only to designated social events and exhibition areas. Scientific sessions, workshops and accredited educational activities are reserved for registered delegates.
