PRESENTATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & TERMS & CONDITIONS
CMC NEXCOR 2027
General
- Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint (.pptx) format.
- Presentations should be clear, concise and relevant to the assigned topic.
- The presentation must correspond to the abstract or case submitted and accepted for CMC NEXCOR 2027.
- Presenters must adhere strictly to the allotted presentation time.
Slide Format
- Keep slides simple, legible and visually clear.
- Use high quality images, figures, graphs and videos where appropriate.
- Avoid overcrowding slides with excessive text.
Patient Information
For case presentations, all patient information must be appropriately anonymised. Do not include names, hospital numbers or other identifiable information.
Disclosure
Presenters should include relevant conflict of interest and financial disclosure information, where applicable.
Submission
- The final presentation must be uploaded through the designated Presentation Submission portal.
- The presentation must be submitted by the specified deadline.
- Any subsequent changes should be communicated to the conference team as instructed.
On-Site Presentation
Presenters should report to the designated Speaker/AV Desk before their session and ensure that the presentation is available for use at the venue.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the presentation schedule, format or allotted time.
