CMC NEXCOR 2027

International Summit on Structural Heart Disease & Transcatheter Valve Therapies
12–13 February 2027 | Scudder Auditorium, Bagayam Campus, CMC Vellore

Eligibility

Case presentations should be clinically relevant to Structural Heart Disease and Transcatheter Valve Therapies and contribute meaningfully to the scientific discussions of CMC NEXCOR 2027.

Submission

  • Cases must be submitted through the designated Case Presentation Submission portal.
  • The submitting author must provide accurate details of the case, authors and institution.
  • Each submission should be original and should not contain previously published or presented material unless appropriately disclosed.

Patient Confidentiality

  • All patient information must be strictly anonymised.
  • Names, hospital numbers, photographs or other identifiable information must not be included.
  • Where required, appropriate patient consent for presentation and use of clinical images or other information must be obtained by the submitting author.

Selection

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Selection for presentation will be based on clinical relevance, educational value, originality and scientific merit.
  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance or presentation. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.

Presentation

Selected cases must be presented in the format and within the time limit communicated by the Scientific Committee. Presentation guidelines and upload instructions will be provided to accepted presenters.

Terms

By submitting a case, the submitting author confirms that the information provided is accurate, that patient confidentiality has been protected, and that the author has the necessary permissions and consent for the material submitted.

CMC NEXCOR 2027 reserves the right to reject, withdraw or modify a submission that does not comply with these guidelines.
