ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & TERMS & CONDITIONS

CMC NEXCOR 2027

Submission

  • Abstracts must be submitted through the official CMC NEXCOR 2027 online submission portal.
  • Each submission will receive a unique Submission Reference Number.
  • The Presenting Author will be the primary contact for all communication regarding the abstract.

Abstract Requirements

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • The abstract text must not exceed 350 words.
  • A maximum of 5 keywords may be provided.
  • Abstracts may be submitted as Original Research, Case Report / Case Series, Clinical Experience, Innovative Technique / Procedure, or other relevant scientific work.
  • Authors may indicate a preference for Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation or No Preference.

Authorship & Originality

  • All listed authors must have approved the abstract and its submission.
  • The submitting author is responsible for the accuracy of the author and affiliation details.
  • Abstracts should represent original work and should not knowingly infringe the rights of others.
  • Any request to modify the author list after submission may be subject to approval by the Scientific Committee.

Ethics & Disclosures

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted work complies with applicable ethical, institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Where applicable, appropriate ethical approval and patient consent must have been obtained.
  • Patient-identifiable information must not be included without the necessary consent and permissions.
  • Relevant conflicts of interest and funding sources must be disclosed.

Scientific Review

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of CMC NEXCOR 2027.
  • The Committee will determine acceptance and the appropriate presentation format.
  • The presentation preference indicated during submission does not guarantee the final presentation format.
  • Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance.

Accepted Abstracts

The Presenting Author may be required to comply with further instructions and deadlines relating to presentation.

Withdrawal & Corrections

Requests for correction or withdrawal should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat at the earliest opportunity, quoting the Submission Reference Number. Such requests may be subject to approval depending on the stage of review or publication.

Terms of Submission

By submitting an abstract, the author confirms that the information provided is accurate, all listed authors have approved the submission, relevant ethical requirements and disclosures have been addressed, and the author agrees to the scientific review and selection process.
